Delete your Dewit account
You can request permanent deletion of your Dewit account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@dewit.hourblue.group from the email address registered to your Dewit account.
- Use the subject “Delete my Dewit account”.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What will be deleted
Your profile, goals, tasks, notes, planning preferences, focus history, calendar connections and stored connection tokens, character and reward progress, and other content associated with the account will be permanently deleted from active systems.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. Store subscription transactions remain subject to Apple’s or Google’s retention practices. Backups are removed according to our normal secure rotation schedule.
Before you delete
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings to prevent future renewal. Account deletion cannot be undone.
