These terms govern your use of Dewit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Dewit

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Dewit lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected parts of it, or use it to harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, notes, and other content you create. You give us a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid, automatically renewing subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. You can manage or cancel in your store settings.

Third-party services

Dewit can connect to services such as Google Calendar. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Dewit available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product improves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material violations of these terms.

Important disclaimer

Dewit is a productivity tool, not medical, mental-health, financial, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Ending your account

You may stop using Dewit at any time and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits—survive termination.
